Cycling in Rhodes
In 1930, a 430 – meter bicycle track with an 8 – meter-wide concrete floor, was built by the Italians at the Municipal Stadium of Rhodes “Diagoras”.
Road cycling routes can be found in the southern part of the island, with good asphalt paving and a great variety of slopes.
One of them is of Agios Soulas in the village of Soroni, of the Municipal Unit of Kameiros, on the east side of the island, 30 km from the city of Rhodes.
